I just don't get it! I'm 35 and my skin is still totally unpredictable. One week it's spots, the next it's scales. Aaagh! Please tell me I'm not the only one. Better still, come help me rant. Why does it happen? What...

Have you been to a dermatologist? My boyfriend is in his 20s and he still suffers from spots. So he has been given medication and cream it is sort of a long term thing but it does help him.

Oo, thank you. I'll take a look. My Dermalogica has nearly run dry, so good timing.

Try an organic/ natural skincare product...no parabens or nasties in there (thanks to Sarah Beeny for the education!). I use: www.PaiSkinCare.com

So, the bad skin persists, but today I opted for the 'minimum make-up, don't bother trying to cover up' approach for work. No one seemed too offended. There's a Mary Cohr product on my desk, 'Response Imperfections', which I might try tonight. Mindful that it will be the third different product in as many days, and that can't be good, can it?

Well, right now I'm frustrated and perplexed. I've had two weeks off work, which was supposed to leave me looking and feeling as fresh as a daisy, but instead my skin has broken out in mini rashes and spots. Again. Yes, AGAIN! For the five millionth time. I've had it. I had perfect skin in my teens and early twenties - flawless. And now it's totally unpredictable. I know I should probably get over myself - afterall, there are more important thin, but well, i'm a bit miserable about it. I'd love to talk to others in the same boat, and find out how you deal with it. Is anyone out there?
