1. How do I download the OSOYOU shopping tool?

a) Before you start, you need to join OSOYOU so that we can put your favourite finds into your OSOME Stylefile.  Join Now.

b) After joining, return to this page, and click on the   logo at the top. Or, click on any link that says ‘Get the OSOYOU Bookmarker’.

c) When you click on the logo or the link a pop-up box will appear, asking if you want to run the software. Click ‘Run’, then ‘Run’ again.

d) The OSOYOU toolbar wizard will appear. Click ‘Next’.

e) You are now ready to install. Click ‘Install’.

f) Click ‘Finish’ and your OSOYOU shopping tool will automatically appear in your toolbar. If it doesn’t appear, try restarting your computer. If it still doesn’t appear, see below for help.

g) If you do not see the OSOYOU Toolbar after installation, try one of the following:

1. Close your browser down fully and then re-open.
2. Right click on the Menu bar of your browser. You should see ‘OSOYOU toolbar’ as an option – click this and the Add to OSOYOU shopping tool will appear.
